FireTail's integration with Jira enables you to create a story, task or bug in Jira when an alert or an incident has been triggered. When you create an alert or incident you will be able to select the Jira integration you have created as the notification method for any alert or incident.

1. Navigate to Integrations in the FireTail platform.

2. Select Jira Issue.

3. In the Name of Integration field, enter a unique name to identify this Jira integration.

4. Fill in the form:

  • Jira URL - Your Jira domain (e.g., https://{your domain}.atlassian.net).
  • Username - The email address you use to log into Atlassian.
