Setting up an email integration enables you to send alert and incident notifications to one or more selected email addresses. When the integration is set up, you can choose it as the notification method when creating alerts or incidents. selected emails.

1. Navigate to Integrations in the FireTail platform.

2. Select Email notification.

3. In the Name of Integration field, enter a name for the integration.

4. Enter the email address that the notifications will be sent to. To add more than one email address press enter after each email address you input.

The integration is created and listed under the existing integrations tab You can now select this integration as a notification method when you create an alert or incident.
