When you set up an account on the FireTail platform, you first create an organisation. Doing this then enables you to then add members and set up the Applications, APIs, Integrations and Alerts within that organisation.
You might need to create multiple organisations on the platform, for example, if you have different departments with separate apps and APIs. Each organisation exists separately on the platform, nothing is shared between them. For instance, when a member is added it is only added to that organisation, if that member needs access to a different organisation they need to be separately added to that.
